Is Eid always the same old routine? Going to pray, eating, dressing
up and chatting! Well the Deen Club wasn’t having any of that!!! We had an Eid
day to remember! Each family was given a part of the Hajj to present in front
of the other families. The performances were then judged by Br. Said, Br.
Rayhan and Br. Anwar.
Demonstrating the Umrah.
What is Arafat like? Reporting skills going on here...
And the award for the best... drum roll please...
The Ahmed-Sultana family.
Br. Suffian gets a special award for keeping calm after tripping up and disconnecting the projector!
Br. Ephrahim gets an award for his Qatari accent (wasn't he just talking normally!)
The Ahmed family.
The Bashir family.
The Ali family.
The Khan family.
Saafiyah gets a special award for playing the little lamb (aaah!!!)
The Al-Zaidy family.
Br. Adham also gets a special nod for his performance.
Zahara represented the entire Amin family all on her own!
Br. Suffian and Sr. Nagum organised a quiz with the
grown-ups and children all involved.
Eid presents were handed out as well as the cards made on Golden
day.
Last but not least the children gave those jamarats a good whacking! This Eid was an Eid to remember, inshallah we hope Allah (SWA) blesses us with more memorable ones to come. Ameen.
